How can you perform service work on a garage door (like spring replacement) if the screen is up?

It can be done. It will be a lot more difficult but you can do it a few different ways. You can release the extension spring from the Breezy Living Door and then push the Breezy Door back as far as you can without it coming out the back of track. Then clamp the Breezy Door so it doesn’t roll forward. This will help you get between the Breezy Door and for you to get to your service work of replacing the garage door springs. Again this will be a little more difficult – if this doesn’t work for you and you can’t get to replacing the garage door springs – we suggest you take the Breezy Living Screen Door down / replace your springs / then put the Breezy Door back up. You can also call (1-877-548-2799) and ask for technical support.

Can your product be had without a sliding door?

All Breezy Living Screens come with the retractable door.

What type of radius does the overhead door track need to be for the screen door to work properly?

The Breezy Living Screen will work with 12",15",20", and 32" radius.

Is it possible to close or raise the door using the bottom rail if access to the grab straps is blocked?

You cannot have the garage door and screen down at the same time. The Breezy Living Screen is designed to disable the photo eyes of the garage operator while the screen is in use to keep the garage door inactive.

We have a 3 car garage with a 2 garage door on one side and 1 car on other. Do you have 1 car garage door covers or only 2?

The Breezy Living Screen is available for both single and double garage doors.

Can different types of screen material be used instead of your standard screen mesh?

Yes. The Breezy is available with the standard 18x14 fiberglass mesh as well as optional screen material known as Super Screen. The Super Screen is an upgrade and is available in white and charcoal. Super Screen is pet resistant, offers a higher degree of privacy over the standard screen, and helps control tiny pests such as No-See-Ums.
